To configure Chatwoot to use Email Inbox, add an Inbox channel inside Chatwoot.
If your email server, for example is: mail.domain.com
Use the File Manager to edit the file: /app/data/env.sh
Add this value:
export MAILER_INBOUND_EMAIL_DOMAIN=mail.domain.com
Then proceed to restart the app to apply the change.
Then you can add the IMAP + SMTP email values inside Chatwoot.
