Frequently asked questions

The Partner program is available to companies that use minimum 1 App. Applying and maintaining partner status is free. You pay DANIAN only for the apps you deploy — €9 per app per month, less your tier discount. There's no minimum spend, no annual commitment, no setup fee.

The only limit is that a Partner is not allowed to use the % discounted price to charge lower than the official DANIAN prices. Any price above that level is permitted. The best-case scenario is that a Partner uses their brand to command premium prices for each App.

DANIAN invoices you monthly for each app on your account at the partner-discounted rate. You invoice your clients separately at whatever rate you set. We don't see your client billing; you don't share your retail with us.

The Partner program allows you to sell the Apps under your own brand, set your own pricing, and earn recurring revenue.

Every new app you spin up runs for 15 days at no charge. Use it to test internally, run a client demo, or hand the app to a client for a hands-on pilot. No card capture per app — the trial is on your existing account. After day 15, the app rolls onto standard partner billing unless you cancel it.

These are the white-labeling options:
- We can modify the Management Dashboard software to have your brand name & logo.
- We can put the Management Dashboard to be under your own Domain/Subdomain. There can be a Management Dashboard per each datacenter location at a unique Domain/Subdomain.
- Currently we don't provide white-labeling per each App. That is an enterprise-level service that is planned for the near future.
We provide the following support:

We handle DNS edits, SMTP setup, integration help, custom-domain pointing, app-version bumps, and migration requests. The same support paying customers get; partners just have more apps in flight.

DANIAN stores your account data in the EU, protected by some of the strictest privacy laws in the world. Your application data is hosted in the country where you choose to deploy the services.
Yes. You can have as many Apps in as many locations you wish.
Yes. In the App portal just click to request the migration. Then the system will send an update via email notifying you when the migration is finished.
The majority of the Apps start with the required minimum 1 vCPU/RAM.
At all times you have complete control over the resources usage of your App by looking at the Stats Tabs in your account.
The moment that your App starts to use above the assigned vCPU/RAM limit, it will be upgraded automatically to the next level (so that it doesn't stop working). That day we will automatically inform you via email about this event. We will ask for your consent to upgrade the App to the next package.

A. If you agree, the system will automatically perform the change.
B. If you disagree, we will move the resource limits back to the original package. In that case note that if you lower your usage, the App will continue to perform as usual. But if you continue to increase the usage, the App will automatically slow down & restart from time to time due to the insufficient resources.

Note: We will never perform an upgrade and charge you for it without your explicit consent.
